We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will need to be highly organized and adept in developing, implementing and managing security policies, procedures and programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for all personnel, facilities, property and assets. As the Security Manager you will need to be able to respond quickly to any security related incidents or threats. You should be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders including staff, contractors, law enforcement personnel and local government officials.

You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization. A good understanding of local laws and regulations is essential as is experience in conducting security audits and investigations. In addition to this you will need excellent problem solving skills with an ability to use your initiative when responding to complex situations.
