Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the team, managing daily operations, overseeing projects, developing strategies and making sure goals are met efficiently and on time. You will need to maintain positive relationships with clients, identify areas of improvement, provide feedback on performance levels and ensure that all standards are met within the organisation.

Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with strong problem solving skills. You must also demonstrate experience in managing teams effectively as well as being able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm at all times. A degree or equivalent in management or business is preferred but not essential for this role as relevant prior experience is more important than qualifications alone.
