At XYZ in Abu-Dhabi, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position offers a salary of 1800. We are open to considering a suitable immigrant for this position.

The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates for vacant positions, while ensuring that all recruitment processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be tasked with finding and screening suitable applicants by liaising with hiring managers and conducting interviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of the recruitment process, as well as managing the onboarding process of new hires.

Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in recruitment or relevant field. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with potential candidates as well as hiring managers. You should also have an understanding of the latest trends in recruitment techniques and be able to successfully use modern technology in the recruitment process. Knowledge of labor laws is also beneficial.
