Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Florist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Designing floral arrangements.
• Preparing orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other supplies.
• Stocking shelves and retail displays with fresh flowers and foliage.
• Offering advice to customers on different types of flowers and floral arrangements for special occasions.
• Keeping up with current trends in flower design.
• Assisting customers in selecting the appropriate bouquets and other arrangements.
• Ensuring that all areas of the store are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written; be able to work under pressure; maintain an organized work area; be self-motivated; have the ability to multitask; have knowledge of different types of flowers; and have an interest in learning new techniques related to flower arranging on an ongoing basis. No experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right individual! This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage.
