We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and be able to develop and implement strategies for success in a fast-paced environment. They should also be well-versed in forecasting, budgeting, and marketing techniques. The successful applicant should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing and managing a sales team
• Setting sales targets and objectives for the team
• Analyzing market trends and devising innovative strategies for growth
• Planning, organizing, and executing sales campaigns
• Monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Developing pricing strategies to increase revenue
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Generating reports on monthly sales performance
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
