Construction Manager - Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1600/month
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a strong background in construction management, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of projects. We are open to considering applications from foreigners.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating techniques;
• Ability to work with diverse teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:
• Supervise all aspects of construction projects from start to finish;
• Plan and manage timelines for each phase of the project;
• Develop project plans that include cost estimation and scheduling;
• Oversee quality control throughout the construction process;
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations;
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors;

Job Overview:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process on assigned projects.
