We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in Al-Kuwait as a Supervisor. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. They should be capable of managing staff and leading teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role with an excellent track record of success. They must also be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. In addition, they should have strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence others. They must also possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires an understanding of quality assurance procedures as well as effective time management techniques. The successful candidate should also be proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
