The successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience in managing a kitchen and staff, and will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, overseeing the preparation of ingredients, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Additionally, they should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead a team as well as work independently.
