Job Description:

• Supervise staff to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity; provide guidance and support to staff members as required.
• Monitor the quality of customer service, goods, products or services provided by the business.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Produce regular reports on performance metrics.
• Address customer complaints in an efficient manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
