Position Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1000 SAR/Month
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing and executing land surveying projects. This individual will collect and analyze measurements of the earth’s surface to determine relative positions of points, lines, angles, and areas for construction, mapmaking, boundary location and other purposes.

Responsibilities:
• Collects and interprets survey data from existing records or by performing surveys in the field.
• Utilizes survey instruments such as total station, GPS receivers, data collectors etc., to measure distance accurately.
• Inspects construction sites to ensure accuracy of surveys.
• Prepares detailed maps or reports of survey results and findings.
• Investigates land titles and legal records to determine boundaries or regulations affecting properties or surveys.
• Reviews technical reports prepared by other staff members for accuracy.
• Evaluates findings from the surveying data collected in order to make recommendations on construction, boundary locations or other requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD design software is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic languages is a plus .
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
