Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties to determine boundaries, elevations, angles of slopes, distances and relative positions. You must have a good knowledge of surveying techniques and principles to be successful in this role.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience. We are also open to consider immigrant candidates for this role. As a Land Surveyor you will receive a salary of 1400 SAR.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land and properties using various instruments such as total station, theodolite and levelling rods.
• Prepare sketches, maps or reports based on survey results.
• Check accuracy of survey data using digital levels or other methods before incorporating into maps or plans.
• Monitor changes in land use and inform stakeholders about potential impacts on the environment or local communities.
• Prepare legal documents such as affidavits describing boundaries or landmarks for certain parcels of land.
• Identify areas that require additional surveys due to complex terrain or legal disputes over ownership rights.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics Engineering or related field preferred but not required.
• At least two years' relevant experience in surveying is desired but not necessary for entry-level roles.
• Good knowledge and understanding of surveying principles and techniques is essential.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal direction from supervisors.
• Proficient in using various surveying tools such as total station, theodolite and levelling rods accurately and efficiently.
