Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must be able to manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, financials, customer relations, food and beverage operations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience working in a restaurant environment, preferably in Dubai or the UAE. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with customers and staff alike. They should have a good knowledge of food preparation techniques, hygiene regulations and health & safety requirements.

This position offers a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure quality standards for food and customer service
• Maintain food and beverage costs within budget
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase profits
• Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels
• Handle customer complaints efficiently

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in Dubai or the UAE
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
