Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in restaurant management, a passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

This position comes with a salary of AED 1300 per month and is open to foreign candidates. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
• Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service
• Supervise staff performance and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain high standards of food quality, health and safety regulations
• Monitor sales figures and cost controls
• Develop strategies to increase customer base
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner


Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Extensive experience in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills with both customers and staff members
