You will be required to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure that standards of service and hospitality are met. This includes monitoring staff performance, customer service, hygiene standards, stock control, and financial management. You will also need to have an understanding of food safety regulations, as well as ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and training staff according to organizational requirements.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and staff in a professional manner. You must also have good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. A degree or diploma in hospitality/hotel management is desirable but not essential. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not essential - any similar experience will be taken into consideration. Finally, you must be able to demonstrate a passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
