Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position will involve surveying land for development projects, performing research to analyze data, and reporting results to the project team. The successful applicant should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The salary for this position is 1700 SAR. We are open to considering foreign applicants as well.

Job Responsibilities:
-Perform land surveys using specialized equipment such as total station instruments, laser scanners, drones and GNSS receivers
-Analyze survey data to create accurate plans of the land
-Interpret aerial photographs and other survey data to identify potential issues
-Assist in the preparation of reports, maps and other documents related to the survey process
-Collaborate with other professionals like engineers and architects on development projects
-Conduct field visits to collect additional data when necessary
-Maintain records of all surveys conducted accurately and timely

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
-Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying
-Knowledge of surveying laws, regulations and procedures
-Familiarity with a range of surveying equipment such as total station instruments, laser scanners, GNSS receivers and drones
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
