We are looking for a motivated and capable Project Manager to join our Al-Kuwait team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and successful delivery of projects, with the overall goal of achieving customer satisfaction and increasing company profitability.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project design process; creating and managing project plans; developing strategies to meet project goals; directing and monitoring project progress; allocating resources; providing technical advice; developing budgets; maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers; monitoring performance against budget, schedule and quality standards.

We require an individual who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, is an experienced problem solver and highly adaptable. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but we will consider applicants with no experience who demonstrate the necessary skillset. The successful candidate should also possess strong leadership qualities as they will be expected to manage teams of engineers or technicians on complex projects.

In return for these skills, we offer a competitive salary package of 1400 per month plus bonuses.
