We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably at the executive level.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to the kitchen staff. They will be required to develop new menu items, manage a budget, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Executive Chef must also have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate must possess:
• Extensive knowledge of modern cooking techniques and cuisine
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to manage and motivate staff
• A passion for creating delicious dishes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity in developing new recipes and menus
• Leadership qualities that inspire staff to perform their best
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
• A valid work permit/visa is preferred for foreigners.
