We are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Sous Chef for our restaurant in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have considerable experience in running a busy kitchen, providing a high standard of food and dealing with staff.

The Sous Chef will take on responsibility of the day to day running of the kitchen. This includes ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard according to our recipes, managing the team and monitoring stock levels. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills as they will be required to liaise with other departments within the restaurant as well as external suppliers.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role. They must be confident leading and motivating a team, able to work under pressure and possess excellent problem-solving skills. An understanding of food hygiene regulations is essential as well as an awareness of health and safety regulations in order to ensure the safety of both staff and customers.

We offer an attractive salary package including a competitive salary of 1200 per month plus other benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.
