Office Assistant Job – Al-Kuwait (Salary 1200)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, managing the office and ensuring smooth operations.
Job Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the staff, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and other clerical tasks
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
• Maintain office filing system and storage systems
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies delivery
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel or departments
• Assist in organizing meetings and events
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers or clients
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in an office setting
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of computer operating systems such as Windows or Mac OS X
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
