We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 per month. We are open to considering foreigners for the role.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working in a HR role, though minimal work experience is acceptable.

The responsibilities of the HR Manager include but are not limited to: recruiting and interviewing potential employees, managing employee benefits programs, overseeing payroll and other administrative functions, developing effective policies and procedures, providing guidance on labor laws and regulations, providing onboarding training for new employees, coordinating performance reviews, resolving employee grievances and disputes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and creating reports on HR activities.
