Teacher Vacancy – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a qualified and motivated teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This role offers a competitive salary of 1,700 KD. We are open to considering applications from immigrants and require minimal work experience.

This position will involve teaching a variety of subject areas and providing guidance to student learning. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate, inspire, and engage students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging lesson plans that meet educational standards
• Assess student performance throughout the term and provide feedback
• Monitor student behaviour in the classroom and provide support where necessary
• Assist with extracurricular activities such as clubs, sports, etc.
• Participate in professional development activities as required
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, parents, etc. to ensure the best possible learning environment for students

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field such as Education or Teaching
• Experience teaching in an elementary or secondary school setting is preferred but not essential
• Ability to develop relationships with students, faculty, staff, parents/guardians, and other members of the community
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledgeable of current educational trends and best practices
