We are currently looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Sharjah. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce parts and tools from metal, plastic or other materials.

Job Description:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, routers and grinders.
• Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part and sample work pieces.
• Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
• Use various measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of the manufactured parts/products.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines and take corrective action as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance on machines such as lubricating parts.
• Maintain a clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure all production deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a CNC operator in an industrial or manufacturing setting • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written • Ability to read blueprints or diagrams accurately and follow instructions precisely • Knowledge of safety procedures related to operating machinery • High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot problems quickly & efficiently
