EXECUTIVE CHEF - DUBAI

We are a leading hospitality business in Dubai, and we are looking for a talented Executive Chef to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all culinary activities in the restaurant. The Executive Chef will manage the kitchen staff, create menu items, plan and cost menus, create recipes and determine portion sizes. He/She will also ensure that the kitchen meets health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or similar field. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Chef in a large-sized restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of food trends, nutrition, and cooking techniques is essential. The successful applicant should also have excellent organizational skills and must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We offer an attractive salary package of 1000 per month (negotiable). We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
