We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for wine, excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our guests. This includes creating the perfect wine pairings, educating guests on the various types of wines and serving them with the utmost professionalism.

You will need to have basic knowledge of grape varieties, winemaking techniques and food pairings. You must also be able to suggest wine options based on customer preferences and budget. You will need to be well-versed in international and local wines. Additionally, you must be able to maintain accurate records of all wines served, as well as keep track of inventory levels.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
