Job Title: Waiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Waiter to join our restaurant team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders and delivering food and beverages to guests. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus and beverage lists
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to established guidelines
• Ensure that all orders are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, etc.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Assist other staff members as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience working as a waiter in a restaurant setting
• Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal & written in English language (foreigner)
