Job Description for Waiter – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and professional Waiter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, have a friendly attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 KD per month and we are willing to consider immigrant applicants.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 20 kilograms
• Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and take their order accurately
• Provide information about the menu items including daily specials

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards set by the restaurant
• Check customer satisfaction levels throughout the meal and address any issues immediately
