Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the sales team to ensure all sales goals are met or exceeded on a consistent basis
• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
• Analyze customer trends, identify business opportunities, and develop action plans to capitalize on them
• Maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new client relationships
• Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about products or services offered by the company
• Monitor market conditions, competitors' activities, and changes in customers' needs or buying habits

Qualification Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, customer service practices, product management principles, etc.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills as well as the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (we are ready to consider foreigners)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field preferred
