The Sales Manager will also need to be able to provide guidance on customer service related issues in order to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers as well as members of the team. They must also have good problem-solving skills along with the ability to develop innovative solutions when needed. Knowledge of market trends is also beneficial.
