The successful applicant should have a good track record in the culinary field and be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise and knowledge. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing unique menus, creating new recipes, monitoring food quality, ordering ingredients, taking stock of supplies, maintaining food safety standards, training other staff members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They should also have experience with budgeting and cost control in order to maintain profitability.
