We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land and property boundaries using a range of technical equipment. You will also conduct research and provide advice on boundary locations as well as evaluating survey data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical background and experience in surveying techniques, such as remote sensing and GPS technologies. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to interpret geographic information systems (GIS) data is an additional asset for this position.

Your duties will include collecting field data using the latest surveying equipment, preparing maps of land boundaries, making calculations related to boundary locations, performing research on property records, determining boundary lines between public land and private property, providing expertise on legal matters related to surveys, making changes to existing maps as needed, accurately plotting survey points in CAD programs or other software applications, and preparing detailed reports of survey findings.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month.
