Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with minimal work experience to gain valuable work experience while earning a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. This individual should also be proficient with Microsoft office suite and computer systems.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls
• Greeting clients
• Scheduling meetings
• Taking notes in meetings as necessary
• Maintaining office supplies
• Filing documents and records accurately
• Other administrative tasks as needed
