Job Summary:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and mapping land boundaries, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring accurate measurements are taken. The position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month.

Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail. The ability to interpret data accurately is essential. We are also open to considering an immigrant, so knowledge of the local area is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting land surveys accurately by using specialized equipment
• Preparing detailed reports on survey results including maps, charts and diagrams
• Researching land records, deeds and other documents to determine boundary lines
• Identifying any discrepancies between property boundaries
• Consulting with clients on survey results
• Compiling survey data into geographic information systems (GIS) databases

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Experience in land surveying or GIS software preferred but not required
• Ability to read plans and use precision measuring devices such as levels, transits, theodolites etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
