Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be a part of our expanding business, and will be responsible for the management of daily operations and ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth running of all operations.

Job Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include: maintaining oversight over daily operations; ensuring that tasks are completed on time; setting up standards and procedures for efficient workflow; making sure that operational activities are carried out safely; providing effective leadership to staff members; monitoring performance levels; identifying areas of improvement in operational activities; resolving conflicts and implementing appropriate solutions; developing strategies to increase efficiency. Additionally, the successful candidate may be asked to take on additional duties from time-to-time.

Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Management or related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience in a supervisory role. Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Furthermore, they must be organized, reliable, proactive and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Fluency in English is essential for this role, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage.
