Job Title: Construction Manager - Abu Dhabi

Compensation: 1600 per month

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and be able to provide leadership and direction to ensure that all projects are completed successfully and on time.

Responsibilities:
• Manage, plan, coordinate and monitor all construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure that construction activities adhere to relevant regulations, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor & report progress of projects, including progress reports, budgets and any delays or problems encountered.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and other professionals involved in the project.
• Supervise staff on site, including contractors & sub-contractors.
• Develop effective ways of working with colleagues & clients to achieve mutual goals.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers & contractors.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent knowledge of building systems & processes.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff.
• Good project management skills & attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
