Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role will report to the Senior Manager and will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be able to successfully manage the entire life cycle of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, supervising personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring quality control.

The successful applicant should possess excellent problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of construction regulations and safety protocols. We are open to considering applicants with minimal work experience in this field.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects from start to finish
• Plan, budget, schedule and supervise personnel and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on all projects
• Monitor progress of projects on a daily basis
• Prepare progress reports as required
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the project

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required
• Minimal work experience in construction management preferred but not required • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
