We are seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must be an immigrant, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and lead a team, and have unwavering attention to detail. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring productivity is maximized, and enforcing safety standards. The Supervisor will also monitor the performance of staff members, ensure that deadlines are met, and make sure that all customer service standards are adhered to.

To be successful in this position, you must have a strong understanding of organizational policies and procedures as well as the ability to make sound decisions quickly when faced with changing situations. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be proficient in MS Office software.
