Job Title: Mason
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1100 QAR per month

We are looking to hire a Mason to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have experience in stonework, brickwork, concrete, blockwork and other related masonry work. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials for construction projects by using saws and grinders
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for reaching high walls and ceilings
• Measure and cut bricks for the desired shape and size required for the project
• Lay bricks in courses with mortar to construct structures such as walls, chimneys, arches, and columns
• Install anchors, lintels, tie rods and reinforcing bars to assist structural stability
• Repair damaged brickwork or stone structures using appropriate methods such as grinding or patching with mortar
• Use trowels to apply plaster on walls or ceilings to create the desired texture or design pattern
• Install fireplaces, fountains, outdoor ovens and other features as needed

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Mason or similar role in the industry
• Knowledge of stonework techniques used for laying of paving stones
• Working knowledge of different types of masonry materials like bricks, stones etc.
• Ability to use hand tools like trowels and chisels effectively
• High attention to detail
