Sales Manager job vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales staff, and overseeing the development of sales strategies. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the local market and be able to generate new business opportunities.
Job Description:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet goals
• Establish strong relationships with customers and prospects
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• Develop effective sales presentations and proposals
• Oversee activities of sales staff
• Measure performance of sales staff against objectives
• Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in terms of products or services offered, customer service, etc.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth
• Assist with promotional activities such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
• Provide timely reports on progress and budgeting requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in Qatar's market
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• BSc degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
We are ready to consider an immigrant who meets the above requirements. Salary is 1200 QAR per month.
