Job Title: Caregiver

Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QAR/month

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and health care needs.
• Ability to provide basic care for elderly persons and other individuals with special needs.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills as needed.
• Ability to perform basic household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry and grocery shopping.

Duties:
• Provide companionship to elderly persons or those with special needs.
• Assist with daily activities such as cooking meals, bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitor patient’s condition by taking vital signs such as temperature, pulse rate and blood pressure. • Assist in providing physical therapy under the direction of a nurse or doctor. • Communicate patient’s progress reports to supervisor or family members as appropriate. • Follow safety procedures when performing tasks such as lifting or transferring patients from bed to wheelchair or other devices.
