We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef and must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of food production operations. The successful candidate must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and passion.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary operations at our establishment, including menu design, food cost management, recipe development, staff training & development and ensuring adherence to all food safety standards. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing kitchen teams in high-end restaurants or hotels. They must also be creative in developing new dishes as well as familiar with international cuisines.

The Executive Chef should possess excellent problem-solving skills, have a keen eye for detail, and maintain a high level of quality control throughout all stages of production. They should also be able to delegate tasks effectively and ensure consistency across all areas of the kitchen operation.

The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and be available on short notice as required by the business needs. In addition, they should possess a valid work permit if they are an immigrant.

This position offers an attractive salary package of 1000 QR per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance and meals during working hours.
