We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha!

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a management position, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as manage multiple tasks effectively.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all activities under the supervision of the person in charge are completed on time and within budget. This will include monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring regulations and safety standards are followed, and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
