Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Land Surveyor in Riyadh with no prior experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land properties and features in order to prepare maps, plans, and reports for various projects. The salary offered for this position is 1600. We are open to considering immigrant applicants.

Responsibilities
• Measure the dimensions of land features such as length, area, contour, elevation, etc., using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
• Calculate areas of land parcels using mathematical equations and formulae
• Record survey data in both digital and manual formats
• Produce detailed maps that accurately represent the surveyed property features
• Identify discrepancies between actual field measurements and existing documents or records
• Prepare written reports to document survey results for future reference
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field such as Civil Engineering or Geography
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as deed descriptions, subdivision plans, etc.
• Knowledge of survey laws and regulations applicable to the state or region where the job is located
• Proficiency with surveying software packages such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or ArcGIS Desktop Suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
