We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the restaurant, including ensuring customer satisfaction, maximising profits and maintaining high standards of quality.

The ideal candidate must have experience leading a restaurant team and creating a pleasant dining experience. They should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to handle all aspects of customer service with professionalism. They should also be able to effectively manage staff, develop strategies to attract new customers and create an environment that encourages repeat business.

Duties will include but are not limited to: overseeing daily operations; hiring, training, developing, and motivating staff; monitoring food safety practices; developing menus; controlling costs; managing budgets; marketing the business; handling complaints from customers; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate must have a passion for hospitality combined with strong business acumen. They must be willing to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. This position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month plus bonus incentives based on performance, so we encourage applicants who are motivated by success.
