We are currently searching for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and managing staff.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, and have prior experience in a restaurant environment. You must also be organized and have excellent problem-solving abilities. A strong financial background is also highly desirable for this position.

The primary tasks of the Restaurant Manager include: on-site supervision of staff; ensuring that all food safety standards are met; training staff on proper customer service techniques; planning menus; setting prices; maintaining up-to-date records of sales, costs and profits; creating promotional materials; managing inventory; organizing special events; and more.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a restaurant management role, must have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are ready to consider applications from foreign candidates who meet these requirements. The salary for this job is 1400 per month plus benefits.
