We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the field, combined with a degree in Land Surveying. This position offers a salary of 1600 and we are open to considering foreign applicants as well.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys to determine boundaries for public or private properties; mapping out areas for construction projects; ensuring that all measurements are taken accurately; producing detailed reports documenting survey results; utilizing surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS receivers, 3D scanners, and robotic total stations; analyzing aerial photographs and satellite images; preparing legal documents such as boundary agreements, easements, and deeds; and working closely with architects, civil engineers, urban planners, geologists, landowners, and government agencies.

The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently as well as collaboratively with others; have excellent organizational skills; demonstrate strong communication abilities; possess exceptional problem-solving skills; exhibit good analytical abilities; and demonstrate attention to detail.
