We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and report directly to the Head Chef. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 per month and is open to foreign candidates with 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The Executive Chef will be required to lead and manage the kitchen staff, ensure that the food production meets quality standards, plan menus, and maintain a safe and clean working environment. Additionally, they are responsible for ordering ingredients, monitoring food costs and expenditures, training new employees, developing recipes, managing inventory levels, and ensuring food safety regulations are met.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong problem solving abilities. They should have an extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques and be able to work under pressure. Creativity, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential in this role.
