Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and providing an outstanding dining experience. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; however we are open to consider candidates with no experience.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs quickly.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus and beverage options.
• Take orders accurately from customers while providing helpful advice on food options or specials.
• Properly serve orders according to established procedures, ensuring quality presentation, temperature, portion size, etc.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints promptly and professionally.
• Clean tables after customers leave or prior to seating new guests as needed. • Collect payments from customers as necessary and provide change when required; process credit cards if applicable.
