We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing hot and cold beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing friendly customer service.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Barista is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The duties of the Barista include but are not limited to: accurately taking customer orders, preparing hot and cold beverages to standard recipes, ensuring that all equipment is kept clean at all times, following health and safety regulations, attending to customers’ needs promptly, restocking shelves with products as necessary, operating cash registers accurately when needed and maintaining a polite attitude with customers at all times.

To be considered for this position you must be over 21 years old with good communication skills in English or Arabic (any other language skills are an advantage). You must also have an understanding of basic food hygiene principles and good working knowledge of coffee machines and other related equipment.

In return we offer a salary of 900 SAR per month plus benefits including paid holidays, medical insurance and discounts on food/beverage items.
