Executive Chef (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all activities related to the kitchen operations of the restaurant. You will be required to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 per month plus benefits.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to manage a diverse team. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a professional chef in a restaurant setting and be passionate about creating delicious dishes and maintaining high standards in food quality. Knowledge of local cuisine is preferred but not required.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating weekly menus based on customer preferences, managing kitchen staff, developing recipes and writing menus, supervising kitchen staff members, controlling food cost and inventory levels, creating budgets for food purchases, keeping up with current trends in the culinary industry, and providing training to new cooks.
