Office Assistant Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and have excellent communication skills. The Office Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the team. The position offers a competitive salary of 1400. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and other related activities
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers and other stakeholders
• Assist with preparing reports and presentations as required
• Greet visitors in a friendly manner and ensure all guests are provided with refreshments
• Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt of supplies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working as an Office Assistant or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple assignments simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
